Welcome to Curtis Elementary!

 

My name is Mrs. Coppinger and I am excited to be the School Counselor at Curtis. I am a graduate of the University of Tennessee, where I earned my undergraduate degree and University of the Southwest, where I received my M.Ed. in School Counseling. 

 

I enjoy spending time with my family which includes my husband and my three children. I love hiking our nation's amazing national parks and watching college football. Go Vols!  

 

My goal as a professional school counselor is to help students deal with anything that may interfere with their academic success. I believe that with support, student can overcome obstacles, be successful, and become lifelong learners.
